Project SEARCH is a unique, business-led school-to-work program that helps young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities gain competitive, integrated employment. Lasting 9 to 12 months, the program completely immerses participants in a host business (such as a hospital, government agency, or corporate setting) to learn real-world job skills.
