Strategic Planning 2025
This page outlines a detailed strategic planning process for the North Scott Community School District, planned and facilitated and prepared by Christine Wrobleski of Teamworks Educational Leadership Solutions, spanning several phases and months. Phase 1 focuses on internal team sessions, including an environmental scan, defining a Desired Daily Experience (DDE), and conducting Strengths and Needs (S&N) surveys to assess the current state. Phase 2 involves the school board and superintendent, focusing on aligning leadership with the DDE and developing a 3-year governance work plan. Throughout, numerous focus groups with students, staff, and families gather input, shaping the plan's development and culminating in a Strategic Roadmap and 3-year operational plan. The overall purpose is to collaboratively create a comprehensive, multi-year plan aligning district vision, goals, and operations.
Survey is now open, available until March 14th.
