Parking privileges can and will be revoked for discipline associated with fighting, alcohol/drugs/tobacco, vandalism, theft, weapons, reckless driving, absenteeism and other infractions. Freshmen must park in the tennis court parking lot. Parking for sophomores, juniors and seniors will be on a first come first serve basis and they will not have an assigned parking spot this year. Students must not park in the parking spots of faculty which are marked with red lines.

SCRA GrantThe World Language Department received an SCRA grant for $4050 in the spring of 2015. The NS School District also donated $1350. This grant is being used to purchase reading materials to integrate into our curriculum. Each level of Spanish reads between 2-4 novels each year. We also created classroom libraries for each teacher for free voluntary reading. In each class, students can choose from novels, magazines and children's books in Spanish. Our goal is to provide our students with comprehensible, compelling language input through reading. Reading is one of the most effective ways to acquire a new language. Our goal is that our students will leave our program enthusiastic about language learning and achieving a minimum of an intermediate-mid language proficiency level.
